Jim Carrey calls for Facebook boycott to protest election interference

During our long and fractious national debate over the role of social media in democracies, it has been unclear what Jim Carrey makes of the whole thing. Not any more — today, the star of Mr. Popper's Penguins (2011) finally broke his legendary silence on the matter with a tweet that he .... illustrated himself?

“I’m dumping my @facebook stock and deleting my page because @facebook profited from Russian interference in our elections and they’re not doing enough to stop it,” Carrey tweeted, along with an original drawing of CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

This seemed more interesting to me before I remembered that Carrey is an anti-vaxxer.
