So every now and then you have to go through your list of customers and ask yourself questions like: Is this one of my dream customers? Do we make enough margin (not revenue)? Do they inspire our employees? Are they helping us to get to the next level?

An effective sales strategies is focusing on your dream customers. Which means you have to refuse a customer every now and then.
