Byju’s buys Osmo for $120M

Osmo, which graduated the TechCrunch Disrupt Battlefield competition in 2013, blends offline earning with online. The company is joining Byju’s to help with its upcoming new service that is aimed at younger students learning via English worldwide. The plan is also to bring Osmo's 'blended' learning to other Byju's services.
