In his article, Will Knight points to the problem of stakeholder disinterest in bias reduction in algorithms. My implications for HR? There is a need to include the stakeholders into the discussion about potentially biased algorithms. The economic potential of HR automation will sometimes overrule the fear of biases. We need to actively manage the stakeholders inside our firms to check for biases and therefore forde vendors to be more transparent.
