Digital Addiction Getting You Down? Try an Analog Cure - The New York Times

What got my attention in this short NY Times piece was the author's observation after encouraging 1,600 people to do a digital detox month: "When they powered down their devices, these declutterers were suddenly confronted with empty stretches that they had no idea how to fill."

My first reaction was to think how in the world could anyone find it challenging to fill non-digital time! But then I thought about how easy it has become to stare at a phone while waiting, commuting...eating alone. So, perhaps it's more of a challenge to break this habit than we think.
