Microsoft's researchers share their very detailed findings in this report published by Chief Scientist, Jaime Teevan (@jteevan) The report is extremely comprehensive covering collaboration and meetings, personal productivity, the impact of software engineering, IT & security, devices and "physical ecosystems" (i.e. offices/home-office) and societal impact. Even though it's a long report, it's one I will definitely re-read because there is much insight on offer. Understand that a lot of the data comes from Microsoft teams, so may not resonate with your team or organisation's situation.
