Trickle-down workaholism in startups

If there's anything I've learned working in tech for 22 years, it's that 80-hour work weeks don't work, or they do for about 2-3  weeks maximum, but after that it's just folks spending 80 hours a week at the office but doing no more productive work than they would if they were working a normal 40-50 hour week. This article is an interesting look at how workaholism trickles down from VC attitudes to the startups they fund.
