MIT's AlterEgo - Futuristic computer interaction

Today we predominantly interact with technology via our fingers (keyboard, mouse, and touchscreen) or voice (Siri and Alexa).  MIT's AlterEgo wearable device picks up neuromuscular signals triggered when you say words in your head, enabling you to talk to a computer without making a sound. The headset may look bizarre, but the concept is cool!
