Amazon pours $3B more into India

The company is upping its focus on the South Asia country, where it has now spent more than $5 billion to build its business against Flipkart, Snapdeal and others. Industry watchers greeted the news with pessimism for India's local rivals, which Amazon seems to be catching up to. That's very much unlike China where you'd be hard pressed to even call Amazon an also-ran.
