Lazy Leadership

This post by Andrew from Metalab (and Flow, Ballpark, Pixel Union...) is great. In it, he talks about how he pushed himself out of his own business by hiring others to take on roles he didn't enjoy or didn't have time for. By doing so, he ultimately has made himself disposable in his company, while also allowing him the unique opportunity to focus on growth and process. He encourages others not to be discouraged or feel guilty doing so, and draws an awesome metaphor for business being a machine.
