Inside Google's Efforts to Engineer Its Food for Healthiness

I know this is a rather long article, but I found it a joy to read. It highlights how small changes in the environment can have a big impact, how an industry that is typically trying to "nudge" people to buy cheaper (and often less healthy) food can use the same approaches to improve the quality - of course not trying to optimise for cost alone. It's also a really great example of process improvement.
