The $1,200 NEO GEO

Amazing chart by Quartz showing just how much all of our favorite game systems growing up would cost in today's dollars. Unsurprisingly, NEO GEO tops the list -- I remember the system being insanely expensive when it came out in 1990 ($650), and in today's terms you can almost double that cost. 

But hey, 24-bit, baby. 

I was also sort of surprised how relatively cheap the TurboGrafx 16 was -- less than the original Xbox! Bonk!
