Hardening Ice Cream Sauce (Ice Magic)

This is one for Brits of over a Certain Age. In the 70s and 80s there used to be an ice cream topping called Ice Magic, which was a chocolate liquid you poured over your yummy dairy treat, and it hardened. This is a recipe to recreate that long-gone dessert topping.
