HearSay: Social wants to help advisors predict client behavior

HearSay keeps financial advisors abreast of changes in their clients' lives by monitoring social media, allowing them to "reach out to [individual clients] at the right time with the right message". I discussed this kind of service last year: social media data-based banking (http://www.slideshare.net/laurenthaug/digital-banking-trends-2014/49). It is a path to be explored carefully, as there is a delicate balance to be found between enhancing services versus commercial intrusiveness.
