Artificial Intelligence Shapes Our Future Workforce

Have you heard a 14-year-old school boy turned into a shogi sensation in Japan? And he only turned professional 6 months ago. His success has turned the spotlight on another new phenomenon shaking up the centuries-old Japanese board game: artificial intelligence. He began training against a computer a year and a half ago and is now beating every human at the game in a record-setting winning streak of 29 games won. Makes me wonder what we can expect from the workforce of the future. They will blow us away probably. It's what I see around me already. The new generation is still struggling as much to become mature in 'organisation sensitivity' as I was, but they sure are faster learners when it comes to data and process improvements.
