Maker's Schedule, Manager's Schedule

Article (6 minutes) - A few years ago I had a discussion with my team about how important it was to respond to emails early and often. It inspired a great discussion internally about the difference in schedules between the production team and "management" (I feel so gross saying that). Whereas management tends to work in calls and emails, production works in whatever tools they use. Definitely an eye-opening read, and a struggle I still deal with in client services.
