Adblockers: The Only Way Out

With iOS natively supporting adblockers, publishers are freaking out and there is talk of the entire Internet monetization from free/ad-supported needing to change. However, adblockers may be just opening up content producers to a new reality that already existed: "To sum up: Bots accounts for 11% of display ads impressions, 23% of video ads impressions, 17% of programmatic inventory, 19% of retargeted ads, and 52% of in-source traffic (traffic acquired through third parties)." Bloomberg digs much deeper into the reality that most of your traffic is probably from a bot.
