Just Call It A Meal!


According to a study conducted on 80 people, if food is represented as a meal rather than a snack, we are less likely to overeat. The study was split into two different groups, one group ate pasta at a table with proper cutlery and the other group enjoyed the pasta from a plastic pot, standing up. They then were invited to try out a variety of foods (M&Ms etc.) and those that ate the pasta as a snack ate considerably more.
