Peacetime CEO 🕊 / Wartime CEO ☣️

The core message of this article from Ben Horowitz is simple, when things are bad you need a CEO with a different skillset. One who acts decisively, and demands others follow them. I've felt this pull myself over the past few weeks, but I'm not sure I agree. I'm planning on writing about it soon.
