‎Super Habit iOS app: Track and visualise your habits

I'm trialing a few apps to log and improve my daily adherence to healthy habits. Most rely on the surprisingly effective concept of visualising successes as continuous 'Streaks'. A simple but powerful technique, also used by Snapchat!

I like the simplicity and the yearly calendar view of Super Habit. The free app supports two habits, whilst the $5 upgrade gives unlimited habit tracking.

Three daily habits that most benefit my physical and mental health are; Morning exercise (Gym + running), journaling (The 5 minute journal) and reading (Non-fiction books)
