Airbnb’s leadership enlisted Rebecca Sinclair, Head of User Experience Research and Design, to lead a nights-and-weekends initiative called Snow White to help Airbnb disrupt itself and keep its product-market fit.

"Disrupt yourself or let someone else do it for you". I've said in the past "let's put ourselves out of business" - meaning a similar thing. When we first did training, it felt like we were sharing secrets and potentially damaging sales, but what it was really doing was offering more value than anyone else and encouraging further sales down the line.
