VLC for Android

VLC by VideoLAN has been the most popular and versatile open-source desktop media player for 20 years. I just wanted to make sure you're aware it's available also on Android and is actively maintained. VLC is the swiss Army knife of media players. It can play all sorts of video formats from local files and online streams. If you have files in obscure video formats you don't even recognize, give VLC a go.
