Developing Organization Focus is something that our team at Vodori can certainly relate to. It can be tough. There is so much we want to accomplish and everything is important in their own way but trying to layer up the myriad of priorities can be challenging. The Asana team lays out their strategy for developing organizational focus. Many of these concepts can and do apply to individuals as well.

Key insights are explained and not surprisingly many principles are borrowed from the Agile and Scrum world. The hardest part, in my opinion, is consistent discipline across the whole organization.
