Agreed. I wonder why more firms haven't understood this. Banking has become about moving zeros and ones, while keeping a foot in the physical world (ala Apple store) to interact with clients. I remember the professors at business school saying, "if you want to be a CEO, you must have a finance and accounting background". Except in the 21st century, CEOs will have technology backgrounds. Seems we are slowly but surely getting there.
