South African government releases its own browser just to re-enable Flash support

I included a tweet in Issue #74 looking back at Flash's end of life. This article reported by Catalin Cimpanu (@campuscodi) only underscores what not to do in roadmap planning and major workarounds when maintaining systems. Not only did the SA government build their own browser to re-enable flash, it only works on PCs with windows 🙈 The department apologised for the inconvenience 😅.
