So, I guess after that intro, it's only fitting for me to give you an app recommendation on how to keep track of Streaks. I've been using this app for a while. What I love about it is that it gamifies things I want to track. Things I currently have on mine are Sleep 7 Hours, Take My Medicine, Walk 10k Steps, Read Bible/Pray, Read for 30 Minutes. It tells you your longest streaks and even a calendar view of when you missed. You can customize it to whatever you want to track and for Health stuff (like steps, etc), it does it automatically since your phone knows how many steps you've taken. Love it! For less than a price of a cup of coffee, you can have an app that help build habits and routine. Check it out!
