What Information Do You Need in Order to Change?

The best individuals I know seek and listen to feedback. It's an essential part of growing as a person, from hearing what you're doing well, to areas you can improve on. I've included this here because I see it's the leader's role to foster psychological safety so that people have the best chance of both sharing and openly receiving feedback (instead of some environments I've worked in where it feels hostile and defensive).
