If you're Tristan Harris, the phrase refers to your nonprofit organization, which is dedicated to getting people to spend less time using Facebook and other addictive smartphone apps. But you're Mark Zuckerberg, it refers to people watching videos on Facebook together.

Tristan Harris is not happy about this!

Tristan Harris, a design ethicist and outspoken critic of social media, called Zuckerberg’s new goal of delivering time well spent “dishonest.” “Time well spent is about lasting choices we cherish, meaningful connections, no regret, upholding pillars of society – VERY LITTLE of which occurs on screens,” he tweeted.
