How to price your SaaS product

I like this article because it describes how to use the van Westendorp Price Sensitivity Meter, which is a tool I think all businesses (not just SaaS) should use as part of their pricing strategy. It's a way of asking potential customers obliquely about price, and generating a graph of acceptable prices. Not covered in this article is another very important question which is what to price on (e.g. named users, concurrent users, usage, etc.) but that's for another day to discuss.
