I've been on a quest since before quarantine to find the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe, and this is one of my new favorites. It makes chewy chocolate chip cookies with crisp edges, a rich, buttery, toffee-like flavor, big chocolate chunks, and a sprinkle of sea salt. Enjoy!
