If you're building cloud-based services and care about resilience, Chaos Engineering is a discipline you should look into. Gremlin (@GremlinInc) published their report based on 400+ responses. However, it seems that only high-performing organisations are starting to look into chaos engineering (20% of respondents had availability of more than four 9s and only 5.9% didn't know their MTTR), although this could be self-selection bias too.
