Foxconn's Wisconsin factory plan remains on despite apparent u-turn

Easy to announce, tough to imagine coming to life, Foxconn's 2017 pledge to invest $10 billion in the facility -- and bring 13,000 -- seemed to hit the rocks this week when a special assistant to CEO Terry Gou said the company was unsure about developing TVs in the US. That would apparently mean fewer worker jobs. However, Foxconn later said it would move ahead with the initial proposed plan following a conversation with President Trump -- the exact details of the project are still not clear.
