For those of you looking to build a similar report about D&I, this may give you some inspiration about how although I'm guessing the final report and exec summary may be a bit shorter 😅 An impressive where their US Leadership Team is 50% women and/or racially/ethnically diverse individuals. 🎉 Of course they also recognise areas they need to improve but it's information transparency is a good start.
