Starbucks partners with Alibaba on coffee delivery to boost China business

The US firm is borrowing a strategy from its ambitious new rival in China, Luckin Coffee, which will see it tap into Alibaba's delivery business and set up 'quick stores' inside Alibaba's new retail stores. It is also getting a storefront across Alibaba products. Starbucks had been hugely successful in bringing its brand to China, but now it is under fire and growth has slowed.
