1) Self-driving cars may look like normal cars, but to regulate them as 'normal cars-minus-the-driver,' would be to misunderstand the ways they fail.

2) Significant new regulations are on their way. We think it's in the industry’s best interest to accept that and proactively drive the dialogue.
