WeWork Quietly Opens Hotel Rooms

I find it fascinating to see the speed in which WeWork is innovating, and bending the rules by doing so. Because even though New York City bans short-term rentals in residential buildings for shorter than 30 days (which has been a problem for Airbnb and its competitors). The 39 units on three floors inside of WeLive are designated for hotel use, and the building is located in a district that allows both residential and commercial use. #winning
