Line will finally IPO in joint Tokyo-New York listing

Third time lucky after the company applied but aborted in 2014 and 2015. This listing could raise $1 billion and value the company at $5 billion. That's a lot less than its 2014 offering, which valued it at nearly $10 billion, but times have changed, the messaging market has saturated and Line hasn't grown outside of Asia. Lots of interesting tidbits from the filings, which include the fact that almost all of Line's revenue comes from Japan where its growth is slowing -- a major concern, for sure.
