Four questions for a rapid leadership reset

Where before you could overlook what isn't working, COVID-19 has pushed that to the fore. Under-utilised roles are cut and alternative ways are initiated. Projects and products that aren't helping customers solve their problems also are being cut. What I am seeing is that many companies are completely resetting - going back to renewing or creating their values. I really hope they have a social impact agenda in there too.
