The five habits that can add more than a decade to your life

We all sorta know these intuitively, but the reminder doesn't hurt. One thing I'm seeing a lot in my long term care practice is that people are living a lot longer but their quality of life (health-wise) is a lot worse. Presumably, improving our adherence to any one of these five habits would be an improvement, but if you can pull off all five you're going to thank your younger self when you reach your twilight years.
