This piece on phone addiction is well worth the read. I'm exploring ways to break my addiction as well. Studying language has helped, in that I've substituted French study time for mindless phone time on the train and early/late in the day. That, and I've deleted some apps and committed to less social media time in general. Any ideas to share on what steps YOU have taken?
