I really enjoyed reading this article which I came across via Mark Rickmeier (@MarkRickmeier), CEO of TableXI. It highlights how leaders can listen better, especially in the context of a distributed, remote team. I also appreciate the experimental attitude to try something different while addressing the topic of mental health. Lots of lessons for all leaders here.
