The Alternative to Roadmaps

Again another gem from Marty Cagan.

Essentially by outlining what we need to accomplish, the team are then open to figure out the "what" and the "how" we need to do things to accomplish the objective.

This approach empowers teams and motivates them to freely solve problems in the best way they see fit. As long as they achieve the desired outcome then higher management or stakeholders don't need to become too deeply involved.
